1. Taking the dog out
I enjoy this most months, but I've really been enjoying it for the past few weeks. The weather's been (marginally) better and it's still been light in the evenings.
2.Pantene Pro V Clarifying Shampoo and Garnier Ultimate Blends Honey Treasures Conditioner
I felt like my hair wasn't getting completely clean when I washed it so this month I switched to a clarifying shampoo to help with the build up and I've noticed a big difference. I'm probably creating some cardinal sin against haircare here but there didn't actually appear to be a matching conditioner so I picked one at random from another brand (cue dramatic music)! It's lovely, it smells like honey and my hair is looking pretty good.
3. Lee Stafford Messed Up
I used to use this religiously years ago and just recently rediscovered it. I have no idea why I stopped buying it actually. Technically you're meant to use it to mess up your hair but I use it to calm mine down. My hair is sometimes a bit frizzy (think Hermione Granger in the first two Harry Potter movies) and this tames it really well. It's also good as an alternative to hairspray for holding curls in place.
4. Katy Perry Royal Revolution Perfume
This is my new favourite summer perfume! It's really light and fruity and just generally smells lovely.
5. Having my nails done
I worked in hospitality for a while before going travelling and generally most restaurants don't like you wearing nail varnish so it had been ages since I'd had my nails properly done by a professional. I got them done on Saturday and I love them. (And they match my blog! This wasn't actually intentional.)
6. Galaxy Salted Caramel
As a rule I would always prefer Dairy Milk over Galaxy but this new bar is amazing. Seriously I've been buying at least 4 of these a week in the garage on the way home.
7. Bourjois Rouge Edition Lipstick
I love these lipsticks, they are so easy to apply. I wrote a review of them a few weeks ago which you can read here
So pretty! And who doesn't love butterflies? Plus it was only £12! Bargain.
So that's been some of the things I've been enjoying this month! What's everyone else been loving?
